Prior to today, it’s been about 20 years since I have taken a vehicle to Valvoline for an oil change. I got in the habit of going to the dealership after having 3 yr free maintenance included with a new vehicle purchase. Today, I visited this location on Westport Rd. and was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the technicians. They seemed to take pride in their work and truly worked together as a team. I was offered things like upgraded “premium” oil, but they did not pressure me to purchase it or anything thing else other than what I came in for. They reset my vehicle’s maintenance reminder with ease. I was given a 10% discount as a new customer as well as a voucher for new windshield wipers on my next visit. The process was fast and it was great to be able to have my oil changed on a Sunday.

I had a great experience at AutoZone and wanted to recognize the team for their excellent service. After performing an oil change myself, I ran into an issue with the oil filter O-ring, which caused a leak. The staff — Keenan, Sean, Easy, and Mason — were extremely helpful and professional. They replaced the O-ring properly and also assisted in securing my air intake. Everyone was knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service.
