I always come to Valvoline for routine oil changes. I really appreciate how easy they make it to get this service, and even on busy days, the crew always manages the lines very efficiently. I was expecting a long wait this visit since I was coming at noon on a Saturday, but I was very pleased that they got me right in with no wait at all. It barely took 10 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I drove away! I appreciate how all my car’s maintenance history is stored with Valvoline and they are always good about letting you know what needs to be done without being pushy or using uncomfortable sales pitches. I also appreciate how easy the company makes it to find coupons for every visit, and I’m always easily able to save $10-$20 on every visit just by going to their website.
As always, I was helped immediately upon pulling into the parking lot. The wait to be serviced was only about 10 minutes. I requested a conventional oil change, and the entire visit—from driving in to pulling out—took less than 30 minutes. The process is incredibly efficient. I highly recommend this place for routine vehicle maintenance.
This Valvoline location always takes care of me, and is honest about whether or not I actually need something done on my vehicle. I will continue taking my car to them to have work done. James is always awesome to work with there!
