As a female driving a tank I find it hard to trust what mechanics tell me about my truck. With this Meineke location, when I was talking to the mechanics and front desk gentleman I felt like I was standing there talking to my own brothers. I appreciate that very much and fully trusted everything they said. I would absolutely take my truck back here without hesitation. I highly recommend this shop. They are kind, honest and VERY knowledgeable. The front desk gentleman knew so much about my truck just by seeing it through the window that I honestly believed he was reading it off his computer on my account which didn’t actually exist. You guys are bringing integrity back to the industry! Great job! Thank you !!
I went in to get my AC fixed because it was operating at a zero level. Not only did they fix it, but it works so well now. The two gentlemen at the front desk were so informative and pleasant. ( I forget their names) I used to go around to other auto shops thinking I would get a bargain, but you get what you pay for. These guys were so professional down to the way photos were sent to show what needs work on. I must say, I will be going to Meineke from now on. The time wait was very reasonable. I will give a five star for professionalism and kindness.
Tobias and his team always take good care of my car! They are thorough and patient in explaining things, and they are honest without trying to upsell services, which is rare in my experience as a woman who knows very little about her vehicle. I have personally observed Tobias advocate for a customer who was taken advantage of by another shop, and he treated her with the utmost compassion and respect during a clearly very stressful day for her. After servicing my car here twice and seeing and receiving such stellar customer service, I will be taking my vehicle here for all future work. I highly endorse this Meineke location for all your vehicle needs!
