I had an excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 10886 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135! The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. From the moment I pulled in, they greeted me warmly and explained the process clearly. The oil change was completed in about 15 minutes, and I appreciated how they performed an 18-point safety check without pushing unnecessary services. The technicians, especially Brent and Gerald, were knowledgeable and ensured everything was done right while I stayed comfortably in my car. The facility was clean, and the service was top-notch, with clear communication throughout. I also saved money using a coupon from their website, which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this location for its quick, trustworthy service and outstanding customer care.
When I looked at the invoice for my recent visit, I saw that I was helped by Iurii, Zachary A., Christian M., and Alex (whose name I noticed on one of the name tags). I also believe the Assistant Manager was Jonathan. Wow. I was introduced to Valvoline Instant Oil Change by a friend, and I will not go anywhere else. The convenience alone is worth it, and when you add the great service, it’s a win-win. Every time I go, the service is exceptional. They speak to me like a human being and are always so kind. I don’t know how they do it, but I go in for a simple oil change and leave feeling like a VIP every time. I will continue to return and recommend you to everyone. Thank you all for the amazing work, and please keep up the great service!
My favorite place to get my oil change and everything else for car maintenance. The staff are always so friendly and reliable and I appreciate all the check ups and recommended services they do. Not only is their location so convenient but I also love the fact that I don’t have to leave my car. lol Always check their website, call or even subscribe to their emails for coupons before going.
