I recently had an oil change done at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. Jordan was friendly, professional, and transparent about pricing. The oil change was completed in under 30 minutes, which was quicker than I anticipated. I appreciated how quickly they worked without compromising on quality. They were knowledgeable and made sure to check other fluids and the overall condition of my car, offering helpful recommendations without any pressure. I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes and would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a quick and reliable oil change.
I cannot thank the team at this Valvoline location enough for quite literally saving my car and my day! I had just gotten an oil change at a dealership two hours away, and by the time I made it back to Myrtle Beach, my car had developed a massive oil leak because the dealership forgot the gasket ring on the filter housing. I pulled into Valvoline stressed out and in an emergency situation, and the crew—Anthony, Antonio, and Carl—were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, fast, professional, and went completely above and beyond. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, do a super fast oil change, and replace the missing parts, but they even got on the phone directly with the dealership manager to explain exactly what went wrong so I could get it resolved. Huge shoutout to the manager, Terrell, and the entire team working that afternoon. They turned a nightmare situation into a seamless, stress-free experience. If you want fast, honest, and expert service from a crew that genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend! Terrell is 10/10 customer service and knows his stuff. From the moment you drive in and the moment you drive out he is straight forward and transparent and makes the process seemless. Each time we come Terell takes care of us and goes above and beyond. Give this gentleman a raise. Antonio is a great team member, the whole staff at this location is amazing. I have visited other Valvoline locations and this one is our preferred. They take care of all of our family cars and take care of my work truck for my business.
