On the advice of a friend I took my treasured 1999 Ford F150 to the Meineke team at Sahara and Durango. I’ve recently moved from Henderson to Summerland and had to leave my former mechanics behind; They had taken care of my truck for 26 years and I was nervous about bringing it elsewhere. However, the team at Meineke, Greg, Ray, and Todd (The lead technician) put my mind at ease. While I waited longer than I anticipated, I understand that excellent work takes time, and the entire Meineke team did not disappoint. They were honest and straightforward, and it was obvious that they cared about getting the job done right, so I didn’t mind the wait at all. I work in customer service and I am not a person who is easily impressed, but I can tell you that Meineke Is now my go to for vehicle repair and maintenance. Thank you, Todd, and the entire Meineke team for your honesty and outstanding customer service. I look forward to bringing my truck to you for the next 26 years!
Requested an Oil & Filter change on a Friday and was given a 7:30 am Saturday appointment. Cisco assisted me with checking the vehicle in for service and told me it should be done in 1 hour. I left and came back after 45 minutes and the car was ready. In addition to the Oil & Filter change, they did an electronic vehicle inspection and had a report of all the recommended upcoming routine maintenance repairs the car will need. Thanks to Cisco for his professional ism and thanks to the mechanic who worked on our Car. I highly recommend Meineke Car on Sahara and Durango!
