5/29/26 i came in right before closing i apologized not wanting to be that guy but they assured me i was no problem at all everyone was great. My service was quick and efficient the Manager Jay greeted me and let me know if i needed anything to let him know technicians, AJ Hunter, and the new GUY TJ or JT all took care of my vehicle with precision and care. i will take all my vehicles back here whichever manager is reading this you got great guys working there give them boys a raise!
Service was super fast, and convenient for not having to get out of car. I originally picked this location because it opens early enough to visit before heading into work. The service tech, Damarcus (who I believe is also a manager), was very friendly and knowledgeable all while training a new team member at the same time. He went above and beyond by showing me how to reset my car's notification system too.
Excellent experience at this location! The team was professional, and the lead technician who greeted me was outstanding. They explained every step of the process clearly and followed their service guides without being overly pushy. I ended up adding a power steering flush because I felt well-informed, not pressured. This location is significantly better than the one at Valley View and Sahara—I’ll definitely be coming back here instead.
