The Air France Lounge operates between 11:30 AM and 11:30 PM, daily.

If you’re a frequent flier on Air France, an annual membership to Air Frances’ La Premiere program will give you access to this BOS Airport lounge. Flying Blue Gold and Platinum members also gain access to a well-serviced lounge.

Provided there is space available, this lounge accepts guests at the door for a walk-in rate of $59 per head.
