Wrigley Field, constructed in 1914, is the second-oldest Major League Baseball field still in use. The only facility older than Wrigley Field is Fenway Field in Boston. When it was first established, the park was known as Weeghman Park. It was renamed Cubs Park in 1920, and chewing gum entrepreneur William Wrigley Jr. purchased it in 1926, giving it its current moniker.
Rock legends such as Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Guns N' Roses were among the bands that performed at Wrigley Field. Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, and Pink are just a few of the numerous well-known acts who have performed at this venue.
