PERSONABLE – It’s rare to be recognized as a person rather than just the vehicle that pulls up. I’ve brought my Nissan here five times for oil changes over the last year, but today I pulled up in a different vehicle. I was immediately greeted with a smile and, “Did you get a new car? It’s nice!” From start to finish, this experience was 10/10. Huge shoutout to the service team: Joshua (CSR), Jessie (Topside), and Andrew Omar (Bottomside). They truly go above and beyond!
My Service guy was named Reginald. He was absolutely fantastic ! He gave me the best service that I have ever received in all my many years of supporting your place of business. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me in regards to what my car may need, and what services you offer. I have actually worked in Management, and I recognize Management Quality. I believe that Reginald should be promoted to a Management position! Thank you! S. James
I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Valvoline because I was able to get an oil change plus my AC serviced. All last week, I had been asking my friends and co-workers where I could get my AC serviced. Someone recommended Walmart, I called them and they said they did not do it. One of my friends told me to buy the cans of refrigerant and an adapter and do it myself. I would have had to look for a video on You tube to see how to do it. I did not trust myself to get it on the first try. An oil change was at the top of my list of things to do so I went to Valvoline on Rainbow. A gentleman by the name of Reginald guided me into the bay and then proceeded to update my info into the computer. He then proceeded to go over different services and he answered every question that I had. I was surprised to find out that AC service was available. Reggie went on to explain the procedure and by this time I felt at ease because of his friendly smile and personality. Needless to say, I was super happy to get both things taken care of today at one place. I will be recommending this place and Reginald to everybody! I would like to see Reggie promoted to a management position by my next visit as he is well qualified.
