Having the opportunity to sit inside the car during the wash is such a delightful experience ,it adds a fun element to the cleaning process!

This was my first experience at this car wash. It was crowded, but it moves very quickly. It is easy to navigate the digital system to choose your level of wash, wax, etc. There was a guy at the entrance spraying cars as they moved along pretty closely together. I had no problems lining up the car and then it was done. I will say there was still a little bird poop, a few (as opposed to the MANY) dead bugs there had been on the front bumper and a few dirty water streaks down the tailgate, but it must be hard to get at with all the new cars having the overhang on the rear. I wiped off the rest of the bird poop, bugs and rinsed off the streaks and it looks great. The tires and wheels look amazing. I always winced at car washes that you could actually feel beating the crap out of your car; this one is so gentle while it still gets the job done. It's a little expensive, but I really like this place!
