Shell in Smyrna (5481 Dupont Pkwy)

I have used the Shell Station in Smyrna, DE, as my primary source of gasoline for nearly eight years. The prices have varied – especially during the Pandemic – but one thing hasn’t changed. The cheerful, smiling face of Raj, the primary attendant I’ve dealt with over that time. He is invariably helpful - including this morning when the newly installed software on two pumps refused to accept my Shell card for payment. In the past, he has even walked out with me to a pump that was not working properly and cleared the issue for my use. Raj is a fine representative of Shell and I have seen him interact respectfully with other customers, as well. Even this morning a woman with an armful of snack purchases had difficulty finding a product while two other customers waited; he almost immediately provided the eye drops she sought.
