Terminal 1 JFK was opened in 1998 and is one of this NYC airport's six terminals. The Terminal One Group, an alliance of major airlines, coordinated the opening of JFK Terminal 1. Together with Terminal 4, it can accommodate Airbus's superjumbo, the A380.
