Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location at 1160 19th Street NW. This is the garage for the 1900 M Building operated by Propark. The garage is located on the west/right-hand side of 19th St NW (a one-way street) between M St NW and L St NW. Look for the blue sign that says "PARK" in white letters immediately after Rumors Restaurant.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 3" Please note- This is not a storage facility. Cars are not allowed to be stored in the garage for multiple days. This garage is unable to accept oversize vehicles (e.g. 12 passenger vans/trucks) or those with roof racks due to low clearance areas in the garage that could pose a risk of damage to vehicles. This location may have adjusted hours or staffing on federal holidays. While we do our best to keep customers informed of changes in facility operations, if you are parking on a federal holiday, please confirm the operational hours with the facility. You can only access your vehicle during the standard hours of operation. If you arrive after 5pm, the valet may allow you to self-park. If you self parked, simply return to your vehicle and you are free to go!
