Guests can check in at the front desk by presenting their confirmation—either on a mobile device or as a printed copy—after which the staff will guide them to their designated parking spot. (PATRONS SHOULD ALWAYS PARK ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF THE LOT; NEAREST THE ANDOVER ST Entrance/Exit) Please note: Advertised parking rates are not available to registered guests of the Element Tukwila Hotel. This policy applies at all times. Vehicles associated with hotel guests that do not comply with this policy may be subject to towing in accordance with posted parking regulations. Please Note: Vehicles remaining on the premises beyond the scheduled checkout time are subject to towing. If you anticipate a delay in picking up your vehicle, you must notify the parking lot in advance and inform them that payment for the additional parking duration will be made directly at the facility, or you may extend your reservation by contacting our customer support team. Failure to notify the lot or arrange an extension may result in your vehicle being towed within 24 hours by the owner's expense.
