Parking Instructions

Parking Type: This lot offers outdoor self-parking and valet only. Self-parking availability is limited and may close without notice.

Accepted Vehicles: Only standard cars, vans with 6 or fewer seats, and pickups (150/1500) are allowed. No oversized trucks (250/2500 or above), vans with 8+ seats, RVs, or trailers.

Maximum Stay: Vehicles left over 45 days without a valid reservation will be considered abandoned. In accordance with Florida Statute 705.184, the lot has the right to begin legal possession to recover unpaid fees.

Luggage Policy: Limit 2 bags per person. Extra bags incur a $30 fee per route or must be dropped at the airport prior to arrival.

Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 3.5 hours before domestic flights and 4.5 hours before international flights to allow for delays.

Valuables: Do not leave valuables in your car. The company is not liable for lost items.

Photo Requirement: You must take photos of your vehicle at check-in. No damage claims will be accepted after leaving the lot without photo proof taken before departure.

Claim Policy: No responsibility for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues such as battery failure, oil leaks, or flat tires. Only claims with valid photo evidence will be reviewed. For exclusions, refer to our full claims policy online.

Extended Stays: If you return later than your reservation date, you will be charged the current walk-in rate for the extra days. No refunds are offered. Call us 24 hours in advance if your return changes to reduce wait times.

Rental Cars Not Allowed: We do not accept reservations for rental or car-sharing services (e.g., Turo). Such vehicles will be immobilized and must pay all applicable fees. Only the reservation holder may pick up the car.

Check-In Required: Customers must check in at the front desk and hand over their keys before boarding the shuttle. Failure to do so may result in towing at the customer’s expense.

Third-Party Bookings: Only reservations made through our official website are 100% guaranteed. Third-party reservations are limited and subject to availability. If a third party overbooks, you must contact them directly for alternatives.

Behavior Policy: Any abuse or threats to staff will result in police action. Under Florida law §784.011, assault is a criminal offense punishable by fines or jail. All activity is recorded on surveillance cameras.
