Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Customers are kindly advised to follow the steps to avoid extra charges

Please check in at the office when you arrive so we can validate your reservation.

At exit, if the system asks for payment, do not insert your credit card. Instead, press the Help/Call button or visit the front desk, our team will assist you with a quick and hassle-free exit.

The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight.

A free shuttle operates 24/7 every 20 minutes, except between 2 AM and 3 AM. Parties of four or more must be dropped off at the airport before parking.

Liability Notice: We are not responsible for glass or tire damage. To prevent disputes, take photos of your vehicle before leaving.

Parking Information: Once you hand over your keys, your car will be securely stored in our facility and returned upon arrival.

IMPORTANT: Kindly note that if you own a KIA or a Hyundai car model, parking is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle. This precaution is due to recent theft attempts targeting KIA & Hyundai cars, particularly within our vicinity.
