It is located on the southeast/left-hand side of E Congress St. (a one-way street) between Randolph St. and Woodward Ave. The entrance is marked by a red 'Two Detroit Garage' sign with white lettering. License Plate Numbers are required in order to not receive a ticket. Your Plate number must match the LP on the reservation to ensure you don't get ticketed from the facility.
