Parking Instructions

Departure Instructions: After check-in, park your vehicle in any available space as directed by on-site staff. Once parked, take your luggage and proceed a short distance to the designated shuttle pickup area. Shuttle transfer to the airport typically takes approximately 10 minutes. Reservations are valid only for the dates and times selected at the time of booking. For assistance outside of staffed hours or for any inquiries, please contact customer support at (689-226-6291). General Policies & Terms: 1. Reservations are valid for sedans, SUVs, vans (up to 7 passengers), and 150/1500 trucks. 2. Larger vehicles (8+ passenger vans and larger trucks) will be charged an additional $7.99/day + tax (non-holidays) or $15.99/day (holidays). Motorcycles, RVs, and trailers are not permitted. 3. Maximum stay is 45 days; vehicles left beyond this period may be considered abandoned under Florida law and subject to removal. 4. Self-parking is available; valet parking may be used when self-parking is full. 5. Drop-off and pickup are available at Terminal A only. Terminal B passengers must walk to Terminal A. 6. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 7. Customers are encouraged to take photos of their vehicle at entry and exit; claims without photo evidence may not be accepted. 8. Shuttle service runs on a schedule (every 30 minutes to the airport and every hour from the airport). Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or airport conditions. 9. It is recommended to arrive at least 3.5 hours before domestic flights and 4.5 hours before international flights. 10. Extra days beyond the reservation will be charged at $9.99/day ($15.99 on holidays). 11. Business use (e.g., Turo rentals) is not permitted. Vehicles must be picked up by the reservation holder. 12. Guests may choose to use Uber, Lyft, or taxi services at their own expense. These costs are not reimbursable. 13. Please be respectful to staff and other customers. Aggressive behavior may result in refusal of service. 14. One suitcase per person is allowed. Additional luggage will incur a fee of $20 per item. 15. Failure to check in, improper parking, or leaving a vehicle without keys may result in penalties up to $150 or towing at the owner’s expense.
