Reaching the Parking Lot

Main entrance is on Spadina between Queen St W and Dundas St W. If you're on Spadina heading toward Queen St from Dundas St the garage will be on your right-hand side. You may also enter this location at its other entrance, at 58 Cameron St. It is located on the NE side of Cameron St. between Augusta Ave. and Spadina St. The entrance is marked with a blue 'Chinatown Centre' sign marked with white lettering. Please reference photos.

Parking Instructions

1) Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the form sent by the Where I Park team via email after booking. Once you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation email from Where I Park with detailed parking and redemption instructions. Please follow the steps mentioned in that email to access your parking. 2) Height restriction: 6' 3" 3) PLEANE NOTE: Elevator access is only available 10:00 am to 7:00 pm – 7 days a week. Outside those times you will have to walk down the ramp or use the stairwell. 4) PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot locate attendant use call button at the exit gate and read the representative your Way reservation number, they will let you out and you'll be on your way. 5) PLEASE NOTE: Location is staffed from 10:30 am-6:30 pm. If you are leaving outside of these hours, you will need to press the button at exit to ring call center. Inform the attendant that responds of your confirmation number and they will let you out.
