Parking Instructions

1) Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the form sent by the Where I Park team via email after booking. Once you fill out the form, you will receive a confirmation email from Where I Park with detailed parking and redemption instructions. Please follow the steps mentioned in that email to access your parking. 2) Height restriction: 7' 0" 3) After purchasing, take your reservation confirmation to the parking office at 255 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in the Catalyst Apartment building between 9AM-5PM Monday-Fridays so that you can collect your garage remote. You may then begin parking immediately. 4) You may start parking immediately, but are encouraged to start closest to the 1st and 15th as possible. Your billing cycle begins on the 1st or 15th of each month. If you park after either of those dates, your purchase will not be prorated. 5) No Vehicle Storage. No vehicles may be stored in this parking facility for more than 5 consecutive business days without exiting the facility. If you're planning on leaving your vehicle for an extended period of time, please contact the facility manager for approval. Any vehicle stored in this facility over 5 days without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
