Enter this location at 226 W Hubbard St. This is the entrance address for the 435 N Franklin St. lot, operated by Metro Valet. It is located on the North side of W Hubbard St. between N Wells St. and N Franklin St. There is a sign for "Roche Bobois Paris" on the side of the building facing the lot.
Parking Instructions
Please make sure to check the address on your reservation. This is NOT 412 N Wells nor 215 W Hubbard. If you park in these lots, you are subject to a ticket or a tow. Customers may be asked to leave their keys when the lot is busy. Please do not park in the reserved spots. This parking spot is under the L tracks. You are getting a great price, but please remember, you are parking beneath an active train line. Oil or other substances, materials, or equipment may drip or fall from the tracks above. It can be dark, unpaved, and impacted by unpredictable Chicago weather. Please park at your own risk Customers may self-park outside of valet hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
