Enter this location at 441 E 92nd St. This is the Brittany Valet Garage, operated by Glenwood Management Corp. It is located on the Northeast/Left-hand side of E 92nd St. (a one-way street) between 1st Ave. and York Ave. The entrance is marked by a white 'Parking' sign with black lettering.
Parking Instructions
Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. If you are parking a large van, truck (This includes the Tesla Cyber Truck), or SUV, there will be an additional Super oversize fee charged at the facility directly. Please Note: This location cannot honor cancellations beginning 30 minutes after the start of a reservation. Please hold on to your claim tickets. An additional $5.00 will be charged at the garage for all lost claims. No exceptions. Please note: there are multiple facilities on this block; this garage's entrance is next door to The Brittany Luxury Apartments on the left-hand side of E 92nd St (92nd Realty LLC - Brittany). This garage does not accept exotic vehicles. This includes, but is not limited to: Limos, Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Maseratis, Ferraris, Bugattis, Lamborghinis, Maclarens. This garage will only accept EV's with a physical key/fob. Vehicles without a fob will not be accepted.
