Jodine(days) tracy(nights) always give a call back after requesting to be picked up at the airport to let me know they are on their way. I am met at the front gate with smiles and recognition(jodine knows everyones name and has a bubbly personality she can make anybody’s day better!) Carmen(mornings) has always been nice and attentive. Most shuttle drivers will take the bags out of your car to the van and also put them back in your vehicle once you return. I will say they need more undercover parking and a better plate recognition system for when entering and leaving the grounds. I am constantly having to get out of my car and type in my phone number for the gate to open. If a service is provided it needs to work properly. Park bark and fly offers a competitive deal and for me is worth the money!
