The process was very simple, quick and easy. I loved that the app was so interactive and user friendly. I was also able to revert back to the app to see my information, confirm times, extend my stay, call the shuttle service, see past and future stays, etc. 10/10 I highly recommend!

They were short staff so had to catch an Uber back so that’s 3 stars but the first experience was 5 stars from the greeting and instructions and the shuttle there.

Was super easy to park, left my car for three weeks. Felt better that it was in a covered and secure/monitored lot. Was my first time using this and it was a good experience. Shuttle runs only twice an hour, so it’s good to allow an extra 45 min to get to/from airport in case you just miss a shuttle. Make sure to get on the correct Marriott shuttle leaving the airport bc the are several different Marriott in the area.
