I was surprised. First time I used this place and it was great. Easy to get to and got my car back easily. They use Hyatt for their shuttle service to and from LGA. The shuttle service was great too. Great experience!

The service was great and they took good care of my car. Parking lot is less than 10 mins away from LGA and even though the shuttle doesn’t drop off right in front of the parking lot, it’s located in a safe area, just had to walk half a block which wasn’t too bad. Best part is that it’s close so very convenient for the winter months in case it snows!

Parked with ease. I was hesitate because of the reviews but I left my brand new car for 4 days and I didn’t have an issue. It took them a while to find my car keys because the key box is overly full. I did not ride the shuttle to LGA instead I ubered ($22). So much more easier.

It was our first time parking here and we parked two of our cars and everything went so smoothly! We weren’t able to take the shuttle because it comes once an hour, on the hour, but a $20 Lyft ride wasn’t bad being that we needed to get to the airport sooner than the shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our cars were in great hands and a safe and secure spot while we were on our 5 day trip. Will definitely use this spot again!
