I had an excellent experience using microtel for the first time in mid February for a trip to the airport Thurs and pick up at airport Sunday. I pulled right into the parking lot, went into hotel and they gave me a permit pass. My shuttle driver was Mike, we left right at 12:30 and was at the airport within 5-10 minutes. When i arrived back Sunday and went to the curteousy shuttle area outside baggage, I called the number on the card and spoke to shuttle driver and he was there within 10 mins or so to pick me up. My car was safe in the hotel lot and no issues. Microtel on ways has great pricing too!
