318 East 1st Street Parking is your answer to affordable parking at some of the best rates in the area. Located at 318 E 1st St, next to the City Bank AT, the 318 E 1st St Parking lot can be easily identified by looking out for the blue "Park Here" signboard. It is located on the southwest side of E 1st St. between S San Pedro St. and S Central Ave. It should be however noted that the 318 E. 1st St. Los Angeles Parking issues a single entry ticket for standard-sized vehicles, and does not accommodate passenger vans or pickup trucks. Unified Parking Service operates this parking. Overnight parking is also available.
NOTE - It's Mandatory to Display a Printout with a Confirmation number on the dashboard to avoid a violation. (You may write your confirmation on a piece of paper as well.)
