Contact the lot and meet your valet driver at the designated location for pick-up/drop-off of your vehicle. Once you arrive at the parking lot please pull a ticket at the gate instead of scanning the QR code. After pulling the ticket, proceed to the office with your QR code, parking lot team will either scan it or take the OGI number for verification and arrange for parking.

I couldn't be more pleased. I have done this three times now and still for me the best way to travel. I felt secure leaving my vehicle there locked up and surrounded by a wall. The facility his huge and the employees were kind and ready to help. We will be back. Short ride from Providence, if you have to leave from Logan.
We parked here for 5 days when we flew out of Logan Airport. I was very confused that the "office" is actually inside a hotel (did I miss this online?). Our car was still there and in the same condition as when we left it so that was a plus (we've parked elsewhere and came back to a flat tire!) The only other thing I'd suggest is putting on the ticket you get what door to go to in the airport when ready for a pickup. I don't recall seeing that info anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience.
