Loews Chicago O'Hare provides covered garage parking that is staffed 24 hours a day, so your car will be completely protected from the elements and any potential security issues. The airport is a 10-15 minutes ride away on the hotel's free shuttle service. This discounted online rate is exclusive with Way.com. Please do not ask the staff to match this online rate. Customers without online reservations WILL be charged the full drive-up rate upon entry, which may cost 25%-40% more.
Scan your barcode at the box with the red flashing light. Hold your barcode 2 inches from the reader until the gate opens. Do not pull a ticket. Proceed to the 7th floor or higher. DO NOT PARK IN ANY SPACE THAT SAY “RESERVED” (YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AND RISK.) Upon exit, scan your barcode again at the box with red flashing light. The gate will open and you are on your way! Note: You cannot purchase additional reservations to extend your parking time once you have already entered the garage. Shuttle Information
Free shuttle runs 24/7. Domestic shuttle service is every 15 minutes from the airport and shuttle center at Door 2. International - Shuttle service departs from Terminal 5E. For Late night arrivals: Every 15 minutes, the hotel shuttle departs from Door #2. There is only one shuttle running from 1:00am to 3:00am. Customers can get pick-up time updates by calling 844-204-5640. They must contact the hotel for pick-up if landing at the international terminal ( 844-204-5640)

This hotel looked really nice. I used it to park and was able to park my car on the 7th floor and above, and came back it was safe and the way I left it. The shuttle was easy to take on the way there and back. The instructions tell you to meet at Door #2 on the way back but didn’t say where that was. Since it was my first time I had to figure out it was located at the shuttle bus station (makes sense lol). I will definitely be using this service again!

Such an easy in and out during the winter. Easy to find parking above the 7th floor, warm vestibules for waiting, and quick and easy transport via shuttle to my flight. Parti***arly appreciated their speedy customer service when I needed my car jumped - security arrived within minutes and helped me get my frozen hood undone and got me on way way with no delays in my exit time. Have already booked parking here for future trips.
