I would recommend parking at onespot while flying out of Ohare. This is a professionally run place with quick service. As soon as I reached the lot, the valet took care of my car and I was able to get on the shuttle in minutes. The driver dropped me right in front of my terminal. On my return, the shuttle arrived in 10 mins. Both drivers were helpful and polite.
We had a problem starting our vehicle that was in no way related to their service and facility. The entire staff stepped up and helped us resolve the problem which took a good portion of the day until it was resolved. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
