I used this facility back in Nov. 2021 and dropped my keys on the shuttle. Called the driver and he returned to the airport with not only my keys but also my debit card. Great service. Have another trip planned for 4/30/22 and I will be parking at this facility while gone
I have used them multiple times. Pick up can be a little delayed but very nice people. You will need your confirmation number for sure. I'll recommend getting there 2 hours before your flight just in case your pick up delayed. Early morning pick ups and late night drop offs are a little delayed but other wise excellent place.

Great place to park! Picked us up quickly from the airport. I had a flat when I returned and the bus driver helped me change my tire. Will definitely park their again. Close to airport.

Parking was easy to find. My vehicle was under a cover, a carport, while I was traveling. On my way out the shuttle was there and ready to go. On my return, the shuttle took me to my vehicle. I will use DFW covered Airport Parking again when I travel to GoSeeTexas
