Reaching the Parking Lot
You can enter 975 F Street Northwest Parking at 615 10th Street NW. It is operated by Atlantic Services Group and is known as the Carroll Square Garage. Look for "Carroll Square 975" at the entrance – it is located on the Northeast corner of 10th and F, just past St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 3" This garage is unable to accept oversize vehicles (e.g. 12 passenger vans/trucks) or those with roof racks due to low clearance areas in the garage that could pose a risk of damage to vehicles. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. MONTHLY PARKERS: There is a $40 refundable deposit for your 24/7 access card, which is payable to the facility after purchase.
