Shuttle Information
The pick up location for the shuttle is in front of the hotel entrance. The shuttle will display a digital signage with the words "Sonesta LAX". It stops every 15-20 minutes with no set schedule. It is available 24 hours a day. The pick up location at the airport will be in the upper level for Departures. At every terminal, there is red signage that reads "hotel shuttle pick up" with a list of the hotels in the area.

Once you arrive, you may park in front of the hotel lobby and wait to be assisted by a valet attendant. Contact the lot and meet your valet driver at the designated location for pick-up/drop-off of your vehicle.

Hotel staff was confused about how the parking was supposed to be done. However we got it all irked out and were able to park no problem and shuttle was great both coming and going!
