I was in Orlando from 5-16 thru the 5-19-2023. I rate my whole experience a 5 star. The car was excellent both sguttle drivers were great. Both inspectors was great. The final completion of the rating goes strictly to Natalia. Natalie's customer service was excellent. I will be using this company when I return to Florida.

I was able to keep my keys. They had my car tagged by a number which made it easier to check out. So happy they were 24 hours as well!

If you're in the Orlando airport getting picked up make sure you wait on the first floor A11-13 NOT in the arriving terminal A 11. We thought we were in the right place and the driver wasn't coming but turns out we were in the wrong place but Our driver was amazing he waited for over 30 min for us until we actually found the right place.

I parked my SUV Lexus GX460 at the parking lot for 1 week, from June 14 to 21, for just $52. The facilities and service were of super quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As soon as I parked my car, the shuttle van was ready to take me to the airport terminal. Upon my return to the airport, I simply went to the shuttle bus area to take the shuttle van to the lot. If you need to park at MCO, this is the best place for you, low cost, safe and good service.
