Just make sure you are aware of their Shuttle Van Hours of Operation, because our return flight was delayed and we arrived to Dulles Airport during their non shuttle hours. Paid $25 extra UBER to get our car. This was my fault by not paying attention. Good place to park.

Parking at the Embassy Suites was very convenient since we staying there. Price is very reasonable. But we were not able to get shuttle for our return from the airport. No shuttle was available when we called, we had to find our own transportation. We took a Lyft ride.

Booking was easy and the staff were available and friendly. Someone reached out to me to confirm I really wanted to book 3 reservations, communication I appreciated. We chose this hotel because we needed a shuttle running as early as 5am - we had a group of 14 people that could not all fit in one shuttle so a second group had to wait. It ended up being 50 minutes later instead of every 30 minutes which was frustrating in a hurry. Overall, easy and what we needed.
