Parking Instructions

When you arrive to the Sheraton San Diego Bay Tower, please park in the lot on the left hand side. Press for ticket on the display screen and enter the parking lot. After you have parked, proceed to area outside lobby doors and wait for the next shuttle to take you to the airport. Shuttle service is available every day from 4:45am-12am and departs every 15-20 minutes. When you return to SAN airport, please go to the Courtesy Vehicle Pick Up Area. You may also call (619) 291-2900 to arrange a return shuttle pick up. The shuttle will pick you up from the Courtesy Vehicle Pick Up area. When you return from your trip, please show the parking attendant near the valet desk your paid confirmation email and they will scan/validate your parking ticket. At the exit, please scan the QR code of your parking ticket in the red lasers below the “Scan Barcode Below” area. If you need further assistance, please hit the red help button. Shuttle buses run from 4.45 am to midnight every 20-25 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the shuttle you wish to take. When you return to San Diego Airport our shuttle will pickup every every 20-25 minutes from the Courtesy Shuttle stop. Note:

Please park in the Bay Tower from March 28th until April 8th

The address for the Bay Tower is 1590 Harbor Island Drive. Please park in the parking lot on the left hand side- the entrance to this parking lot has a parking rate sign in front of it. Press the button on display for a parking ticket. Keep your parking ticket and reservation with you and present them to the parking attendant upon return. If there is nobody present to assist, please see the hotel front desk agent. Any vehicles parked at the wrong tower during the above dates are subject to relocation.
