Reaching the Parking Lot
Enter this location at 306 E 48th St. This valet garage is operated by Icon Parking. It is located on the right-hand side of E 48th St. (a one-way street) between 2nd Ave. and 1st Ave., just to the right of the Hertz storefront.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 8' 0" If the lot deems your vehicle oversized, an oversize fee will be charged at the lot. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

Show the parking lot attendant your Way.com order confirmation or order details. The attendant will confirm your details, hand you a ticket, and park your car. Keep your ticket at check-out in order to exit.

Upon returning, show the attendant your Way.com parking order confirmation and parking ticket you received on arrival.

Extra Fee Alert
If the parking facility has deemed your vehicle as an oversized vehicle or if you have parked outside of your booking times, you will be charged an extra fee that must be paid at either check-in or check-out.

Vehicle Return
The parking lot’s valet attendant will retrieve your car for you and then you’ll be free to go!

I parked here for an event at the Room 52 Comedy Club and was pleasantly surprised by the rates. Plus, it's within walking distance of the AKC Museum of the Dog, and I couldn't be happier. On my way back, I even took a book from The Morgan Library & Museum and walked back to my car. I would bet they offer the most efficiently priced valet parking in town.
