Enter this location on W 62nd St, just off of Riverside Blvd. This is the garage for the 40 Riverside Blvd. building, operated by Icon Parking. It is located on the south/right-hand side of W 62nd St. (a one-way street) between Riverside Blvd and Freedom Pl. We recommend using 470 W 62nd Street for your GPS.
Parking Instructions
Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. Height restriction: 7' 4" This facility does not accept luxury and/or exotic vehicles. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.
