Enter this location at 140 31st St. This is the entrance address for the 30-02 39th Ave garage, operated by Laz Parking. It is located on the northwest side of 31st St. between 39th Ave and 40th Ave. The entrance is marked by a black 'Park' sign with white lettering.
Parking Instructions
Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. The $180 plan provides parking access Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
