It is located on the right-hand side of 38th Ave. (a one-way street) between 138th St. and Main St. Customers will have to print out their confirmation emails and place them on their dashboard before exiting their vehicle after parking their car. This facility does not allow in/out privileges. You cannot enter & exit more than once. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. The $190 Monthly plan provides parking access Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Extra Fee Alert
If the parking facility has deemed your vehicle as an oversized vehicle or if you have parked outside of your booking times, you will be charged an extra fee that must be paid at either check-in or check-out.
