This is a follow-up to a previous One-Star review: Five Stars to Way Customer Service team! I mistakenly canceled a reservation via Way app and that's what caused (I learned f/Way's Team ;) the refund to be a Way credit--rather than my CC being refunded. NOW the refund to my CC is in process. Yay! One of my FAVs about Way.com is the ability to suss out Airport parking lots' location alongside their daily rates. I will use Way for Airport parking.
