The parking safety, staff and shuttle were great...Absoultely GREAT. .the fact that we had to park on the 8th top level...elevator apparently broke down for 10 mins so down and up 8 flight of stairs with lots of luggage....not so great

I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because of the guy working the gate. He was super nice and professional and made parking easy. The lot is clean and well maintained and when we got back from our vacation two weeks later everything was fine. The shuttle is so-so but he did inform us it was through a third party and not directly ***ociated with them. Overall a good experience and cost-effective.
