Please have your reservation ready upon arrival. An additional charge of $5.00/day or more will be applied to vehicles larger than an average sedan. Additional $7/day for minivan/Mid-size SUV and $10/day or more for Truck. Oversized vehicles consist of small/large SUV's, Vans, Pick-up Trucks, etc.) paid at lot.

Free shuttle is available 24 hours and 7 days a week.
Cancellation
Flexible. You can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time and receive a full refund. Guaranteed money returned, no questions asked!
If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from the total booking amount and the refund will be processed.

It was good. The shuttle was super fast to airport and from. The only problem I had was when I arrived to pick up my car; the attendant told me my car was locked and they couldn’t open. They left the keys inside and the car Couldn’t move. If I didn’t have an app for my keyless car I wouldn’t be leaving that place til they brake in my car. I was not happy with that.

I appreciated the fact that at Prime Park my vehicle was kept safe and secure. However, what I didn’t like was that only when I got to the parking lot I was informed that I had to pay extra because my vehicle was oversized. So after paying $127. I had to pay an additional $60. Then on my return the shuttle driver was very rude and disrespectful when I called and requested pickup. The driver hung up on me after telling me that I should get a taxi to pick up my vehicle because he was going off duty.

The whole transaction went well without problems. The only thing I suggest is that these guys need to learn how to make customers feel more comfortable (for example don't drive the shuttle like crazy whole making phonecalls at the same time).

Nice drop off. Decent pick up! Waited 10 min for the shuttle. Then at the lot, 5 more to find my car. I had to go find it in the back lot myself. The staff was really nice though.
