One scheduled shuttle service was cancelled, which would make me miss my flight, but the hotel receptionist arranged a taxi for me for free. Very happy!

This was my first time using Way and it was pretty simple. The issue I encountered was that the description for the location I selected stated that there was an airport shuttle available. The day before my travel, and after I had paid, the follow up email clarified that the shuttle only ran a few hours in the morning and again in the evening. This added an unexpected cost of $34 (Lyft) to the airport and $29 (taxi) from the airport. Both trips were not committed hours on weekdays. It would have been cheaper to use a lot closer to the airport that has a regular shuttle. The staff at the hotel desk were friendly and helpful and said they had requested that Way provide accurate shuttle information. The info needs to be provided before booking, not the day before travel. The parking was in a lot on the side of the hotel that was not fenced. I assume there are cameras and staff around but I did have to sign that the hotel assumed no liability. Next time I use Way, I'll double check all details for accuracy directly with the location.
