You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.
Show your email confirmation to the parking staff on your smartphone or as a printout.
Keep your reservation accessible, as it will be required prior to exiting.
Please check with your airline and airport for recommended arrival times before your flight.
Please note: For covered parking, the height restriction is 6 feet.
Visit the hotel lobby and present your reservation at the front desk. Staff will direct you to the appropriate parking area and provide the shuttle details.
After parking, board the airport shuttle located outside the Hotel Lobby Entrance.
Upon return, retrieve your luggage and contact the hotel at (718) 457-6300, to schedule shuttle pickup.
Once back at the hotel, proceed to the lobby for final reservation validation before exiting.
Note: This lot does not permit oversized vehicle parking, either outdoor or indoor. Oversized vehicles may be denied entry upon check-in.
