Reaching the Parking Lot
This parking pass is for the 311 S Wacker Building garage, operated by ABM. This garage has access points at 311 S LOWER Wacker and 320 S Franklin* (*the gate at 320 S Franklin will act as an entrance Monday - Thursday from 12:00am to 3:00pm, and switch to an exit from 3:00pm to 12:00am. Friday - Sunday, the Franklin gate is an entrance.)
311 S LOWER Wacker GPS can be challenging in Lower Level Streets, please familiarize yourself with directions below:
1. From the intersection of W. Harrison and S. Wells, drive 1 block west on Harrison towards Wacker
2. From the intersection of W. Harrison and S. Wacker, take a "slight" right onto Wacker and follow the "To Lower Wacker Dr" signs
3. Continue following Lower Wacker into the "tunnel area", stay in the right lane
4. As soon as you are underground on Lower Wacker, make your first right into the Lower Wacker "access lane", your facility is ahead on the right
5. Look for the blue "311" posts about 200 feet after going underground, the garage entrance is between the blue posts
6. If your GPS guides you to 311 S Wacker STREETLEVEL, there is a photo on the parking pass with instructions for finding LOWER LEVEL Wacker.
320 S Franklin: This gate acts as an ENTRANCE ONLY between 12:00am - 3:00pm, EXIT ONLY 3:00pm - 12:00AM Monday - Thursday. Friday through Sunday, the gate works as an ENTRANCE ONLY
Enter this location at 320 S Franklin St. This is the entrance address for the 311 S Wacker Dr. garage, operated by ABM. It is located on the west/left-hand side of S Franklin St. (a one-way street) between W Van Buren St. and W Jackson Blvd. The entrance is marked by a black 'Parking' sign with white lettering.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 2" No In & Out privileges for this location PLEASE NOTE: The gate at 320 S Franklin will act as an entrance from 12:00am to 3:00pm, and exit from 3:00pm to 12:00am Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday, the Franklin gate will be an entrance. The gate at 311 S lower Wacker will always be open for entering and exiting. Pedestrian Access: Pedestrian access is available on the northeast side of the 311 S Wacker building, look for Big Shoulder Coffee & "24 Hour Pedetrian Access to Garage". Press "G" inside the elevator to access the garage. For Monthly parkers : 1. Scan the QR Code to gain access into the parking garage. Do not pull ticket at the entrance and later exit with the QR Code. The two are not interchangeable. 2. Once you access the garage, proceed to parking level 2 (P2) the garage office and collect an access key card from the Garage Manager that will facilitate IN & OUT privileges 3. The key card is valid for the duration of the monthly parking booking and there are no restrictions whatsoever 4. The key cards are programmed for ENTRY & EXIT and must be used in that order, scan to exit and scan to enter to avoid pass back error 5. The only time the key is deactivated is for NON-PAYMENT of monthly invoice, otherwise the same key card can be used continuously for months and years. (The existing key card is active).
