Reaching the Parking Lot
Enter this location at 165 N Clinton St. This is the Metra Market garage, operated by ABM Parking. It is located on the east/left-hand side of N Clinton St (a one-way street) between W Randolph St and W Lake St. You can also enter and exit this garage at 178 N Canal St.
Parking Instructions
Due to size constraints, large trucks and vans will not be accepted after 9:00AM Monday - Friday. Height restriction: 6' 4" The first hour of parking at this facility is free ONLY with a receipt from the French Market to show the attendant as validation. A refund will not be issued once you've made a reservation and entered the facility with it if this validation applies to you. No In & Out privileges for this location For monthly parkers : 1. Scan the QR Code to gain access into the parking garage. Do not pull ticket at the entrance and later exit with the QR Code. The two are not interchangeable. 2. Once you access the garage, proceed to the garage office and collect an access key card from the Garage Manager that will facilitate IN & OUT privileges 3. The key card is valid for the duration of the monthly parking booking and there are no restrictions whatsoever 4. The key cards are programmed for ENTRY & EXIT and must be used in that order, scan to exit and scan to enter to avoid pass back error 5. The only time the key is deactivated is for NON-PAYMENT of monthly invoice, otherwise the same key card can be used continuously for months and years. (The existing key card is active).
