I was worried after I booked the parking and read many negative reviews about long waiting time. However, I had a pleasant experience. After I arrived at the Travelodge , I parked my car in front of the reception. Checking in took me about 5 minutes including waiting time. I filled a form and the staff gave me a parking permit. Then, I parked my car in the designated area. The shuttle came after 5 minutes I parked my car. When I came back from travel, I called the driver. He told me he would pick me up in 25 minutes. Exactly 25 minutes later, the shuttle came. After we arrived at Travelodge, I returned the parking permit and drove my car to home. I had a smooth experience and will return back in future.
