Parking Instructions

After-hours vehicle access: Garage rolling gates are open Monday through Friday from 7AM to 7PM. When gates are closed, you must scan your parking reservation at the scanner located on the right-hand side of the garage door. This requires exiting your vehicle. When driving into the garage, do not take a ticket but scan your reservation at the red laser scanner on the entry kiosk. Park in any non-reserved parking space. Height restriction: 7' 0" PEDESTRIAN ACCESS: Entering the garage on foot: A pedestrian entry is located adjacent to the Via Hotel at the alley of 138 King St. This door is equipped with the same scanner as the entry, which allows your reservation to be scanned to unlock the door.
